The app's UX links to this hidden page through its Help menu. These playbooks help customers use the app's Power BI templates for more in-depth organizational analysis. I manage and publish the content and work with nine different Microsoft Program Managers (PMs) to co-author and publish the downloadable playbooks on this page. 

Complying with the Microsoft online documentation templates and guidelines, created the hub page, the TOC and overall layout per over 20 PMs' review and approval. Currently manage, co-author, and edit alongside one other writer the complete Microsoft Viva Insights documentation set for the product team.
